A Breath of Spring is the theme of the centerpiece design by Laurel Bay Gardens. The local nursery’s display has been the focal point for the show since its inception and this year it will showcase new growing techniques and fresh design concepts for coastal gardens. This will include new products for the grow-your- own gardeners, including Hydrodynamics rooting trays, new potting soils specific for optimum growing in pots, and new lines of organic fertilizers. The garden theme display will also include low maintenance plants that add seasonal color all year long to the landscape, a new line of outdoor pottery, fountains and birdbaths, and delightful, new indoor pottery for air plants and succulents, according to Lisa Walter Sedlacek, who along with her husband David own and operate the nursery located north of Florence.
The show is sponsored by Three Rivers Casino Resort, Bi-Mart and Central Lincoln PUD. It is presented by Coast Radio and the Siuslaw News.
