Event Description:

In this hybrid art/craft workshop, utilize paper pulp to create a series of ephemeral vessels designed for functional use as an urn or decorative object, or approach them as a conceptual vehicle for sculpture, installation, or time-based art. The workshop will cover sheet forming for three-dimensional structures and pulp casting. It will also touch on pulp painting and dyeing. Leave with a series of pieces and the skills to create these provocative objects in your own home or studio.
