OCCA strengthens the arts by ensuring that the Oregon coast has a rich and vibrant arts community through support and promotion of arts organizations and individual artists.

This directory represents the coastal areas of Oregon, which include Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Coos, and Curry counties and the coastal towns of Lane and Douglas counties.  OCCA is the regional arts council for this area. Learn more about OCCA's regional arts activities.

He has a street front studio in the front of Impressions Pacific Gallery and Studios for tourist and local visitors to observe and enjoy the process for wood turning.

    Sandy Blackman has been a Mixed Media artist for over 20 years. She has combined her eclectic interests in fibers, paper, polymer clay, gourds, agates and beads to produce various combinations of art. Sandy is currently focusing on her Wearable Art Line of felted purses and variety of scarves. She has taken her interest of wool knitting, along with recycling of woolen sweaters, Native American blankets and old wool clothing to make all her bags and scarves one-of-a-kind.
