OCCA strengthens the arts by ensuring that the Oregon coast has a rich and vibrant arts community through support and promotion of arts organizations and individual artists.

This directory represents the coastal areas of Oregon, which include Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Coos, and Curry counties and the coastal towns of Lane and Douglas counties.  OCCA is the regional arts council for this area. Learn more about OCCA's regional arts activities.

  • Hoffman Center

    The Hoffman Center is a community arts center located in the charming coastal town of Manzanita, Oregon. The Center is comprised of two buildings. One houses our Ceramics Studio, as well as a multi-purpose room where we hold musical performances, workshops, classes and author readings, as well summer art and drama camps for kids. Across the street, the Hoffman House Studios are home to studios that artists can rent to pursue their work for a nominal fee and a class room for small group meetings.

    International Police Museum in Rockaway Beach, OR is bringing police history to life. The museum features an assorted collection of local, state, national, and international police memorabilia. IPM is open Monday thru Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and is conveniently located on Hwy 101.

    KALA is the ground floor presentation space and upper loft production office of HIPFiSHmonthly, the Columbia Pacific Region's free alternative monthly newspaper.   • Kiawanda Community Center

    Nestled near the beach between downtown Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda on Cape Kiwanda Drive, we are a Community Center for South Tillamook County. The Center is self-supporting and staffed with the nicest volunteers from around the area. Fundraising events are put on throughout the year.
