OCCA strengthens the arts by ensuring that the Oregon coast has a rich and vibrant arts community through support and promotion of arts organizations and individual artists.

This directory represents the coastal areas of Oregon, which include Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Coos, and Curry counties and the coastal towns of Lane and Douglas counties.  OCCA is the regional arts council for this area. Learn more about OCCA's regional arts activities.

  • Lincoln Pops Orchestra (Lincoln Pops Big Band)

    The Lincoln Pops Orchestra, also known as the Lincoln Pops Big Band, has evolved into one of the finest big bands in Oregon, playing both concert performances and dances. A non-profit organization, the Lincoln Pops are dedicated to preserving and passing along the heritage of the big band era, and plays concert performances as well as dances.

  • Newport Symphony Orchestra

    The Newport Symphony Orchestra is the only year-round, professional symphony orchestra on the Oregon coast.     The North Coast Chorale is a welcoming; community-based non- profit organization dedicated to the presentation of great choral literature and is committed to the promotion of music education. You'll find us at our winter and spring concerts as well as special events such as the Messiah Community Sing-along to benefit local foodbanks, collaborating with the Astoria Music Festival, and other concerts.

    An appreciation of technique and craft has defined Northwest By Northwest Gallery since 1987, celebrating the beauty and spirit of the Northwest. The gallery is located on the Pacific Coast in the scenic town of Cannon Beach, Oregon.     Nestucca Valley Artisans is a group of diverse Artists, photographers, weavers, jewelers, potters,leathersmiths,and sculptors. We are from the Nestucca Valley communities of Neskowin, Pacific City, Cloverdale, Otis, Hebo and surrounding areas. NVA hosts a Artisan Festival the last weekend in August in Pacific City at Kiwanda Community Center.
