OCCA strengthens the arts by ensuring that the Oregon coast has a rich and vibrant arts community through support and promotion of arts organizations and individual artists.

This directory represents the coastal areas of Oregon, which include Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Coos, and Curry counties and the coastal towns of Lane and Douglas counties.  OCCA is the regional arts council for this area. Learn more about OCCA's regional arts activities.

  • Driftwood Public Library

    Driftwood Public Library is committed to reaching out to the children and youth of North Lincoln County with a variety of programs that benefit babies through teens. Driftwood Public Library of Lincoln City provides outreach services to residents living within city limits who are unable to come to the library. Outreach Service provides rotating paperback book collections to a number of senior retirement apartments and to Lincoln City Food Pantry and other mealsites, including a weekly book delivery to the Senior Meal Site at the Community Center. Outreach stops every other week at Dorchester House, Lakeview Retirement Center, and Lincoln City Rehabilitation Center. We also provide library material to qualifying patrons in their own homes.

    Located in the small coastal community of Gleneden Beach, Eden Hall is a 200-seat meeting and concert space adjacent to the Side Door Cafe.

    Freed Gallery in Lincoln City has been built as a showcase for art. Freed Gallery features Northwest as well as national and international artists. In addition, FREED is dedicated to furthering art education in the community.

  • Lincoln City Cultural Center

    Since 1929, historic DeLake School has been a center for education for the children of Lincoln City. LCCC continues this tradition for ALL ages, offering classes in art, dance, music, literature, and theater. The Lincoln City Cultural Center also sponsors play writing contests, fund raisers, and activities to encourage artists of all ages.
